Alien: Fireteam Elite Impression

You play in Alien: Fireteam Elite as part of a Marine Expeditionary Unit responding to a distress call from LV-895 on the outer colonies. The game is set about 20 years after Alien 3. You will be able to create your marine, customize your loadout and perks as you fight through hordes of enemies. Create your own marine and customize your loadout to suit your needs.

The storyline of Aliens Fireteam Elite incorporates elements from all the films and lore in the Aliens universe. You can learn a great deal about the Xenomorphs and the military from the games and movies by using the collectibles and dialog in the game. There isn’t much backstory for your character, but you can customize them to suit your needs. You will find many easter eggs and cool details hidden in the game if you’re a fan. Collectibles are a big part of the story. Fireteam Elite does not have many cutscenes. It’s not necessarily a bad idea, as it keeps you immersed in the game.

The game’s environments and characters may seem repetitive at first, but as you progress, the world opens up, and the enemies become more diverse. As these changes occur, the different classes and customizations are more useful. The missions are largely similar. You’ll need to get through a few hallways, then set up defenses and battle waves of enemies. The game is fun and challenging even though it’s structure is predictable. Many times I’ve had to move quickly to another point of interest when my ammo was running low. These situations can add tension and excitement to the usual stop-and-go gameplay of Aliens. As you gain more experience, you will be able to use challenge cards. They add new and exciting gameplay variations, as well as the opportunity to earn more XP.

This game was designed for cooperative gameplay. Players can choose from four classes when they start the game. Classes can be switched between in the hub and are upgraded as you use them. Once you have completed the game the first time, Recon will be available. For maximum survivability, I recommend using the doc or technician if you’re playing with bots. This game has an online matchmaking feature that allows you to choose different strategies for your squad. When playing with bots they are always Gunners and should only be used for lower difficulty missions or early game missions.

Overall, Aliens: Fireteam Elite looks good. The character models, weapons, accessories and environments look very detailed. The game was great, but there was only one thing I didn’t like. The mouths of the characters don’t move when they speak. It may seem like a minor issue, and it might not bother other players.

Aliens: Fireteam offers a lot, but also cuts a few corners. The 40-dollar price tag should encourage people to try out the game. The game may not look the best, but it is still a good looking game. It was initially thought that the game would have many of the same enemies and environments. However, once you’ve completed the first missions the options are vast. The game world grows and incorporates lore from the films and new enemies. Even some previously unseen enemy variants are included. The release of Aliens: Fireteam Elite comes at the perfect time. The lull is over before the mad rush of game releases. Cold Iron will continue to support the game in the near future, with free and paid content. I’m excited to see the DLC packs that will be available in the future.
