Rogue Legacy 2

It’s not uncommon to get stuck in a gaming rut. There are many games available, but this doesn’t prevent us from playing them. We often jump right into our familiar games for a quick game, but there are times when we don’t want to play them. I often look for smaller, independent games in these situations. This time I chose to play Rogue Legacy 2 This isn’t my first attempt at this game. Last year, I played Rogue Legacy 2 on Xbox and had a lot of fun.

This game is a great example of the rogue-lite genre. This keeps the game fresh because you play with different characters each time. Rogue Legacy is a roguelite in which your heirs inherit all of your flaws and abilities after each run. The map changes randomly each time you start a new run. It contains different enemies and obstacles. You can use the money earned after each death to upgrade your characters’ armor and skills.

If I find myself in a rut, games that have new and unique features give me an extra boost to my excitement about games. Rogue Legacy 2 will not be easy, and you’ll end up playing the exact same “level” repeatedly. The random generated levels, new character abilities and flaws keep the game fresh and exciting. This is a great game, whether you like rogue-lites games or not.
